How to return an item
You can return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To start a return, just email us at hello@mildlee.com with your order number and a short note. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
What items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mildlee.com — ideally with a photo. We’ll make it right, whether that means a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and approve the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
- Refund processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Gift-ready items
All of our items are carefully packed and arrive gift-ready. If you’re returning a gift, the same return policy applies.
