All designs, photographs, text, and other materials on this site are the intellectual property of Mildlee or used with permission. You’re welcome to browse and share them for personal use. But please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content commercially without written consent.
Orders & Communication
When you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation. This does not yet mean the order is accepted — we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, if there’s a suspected bulk/reseller purchase).
By placing an order, you agree to receive order-related communication from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Product availability
Our goods are handcrafted in small batches and may sell out quickly. If an item is unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you with an update and offer an alternative or refund.
If you are ordering from abroad, please check your country’s import regulations. Customs duties or additional taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & refunds
We hope you love what you receive. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to offer a fair solution. You can find more details on our Return Policy.
Responsible use
Please use this site respectfully. Don’t try to hack, copy, disrupt, or misuse any part of it. Automated tools (like bots or scrapers) are not allowed.
No resale
We sell directly to individuals for personal use only. Buying products for resale or distribution without our permission is not allowed.
